Hot and Cold Gel Packs

Hot and Cold Gel packs are the go to immediate fix when we’ve injured our muscles.  Our unique packs are good for when you need ice or heat and come in two convenient sizes.

Hot Packs:

• Relieve muscle stiffness and tension.
• Increase blood flow to the affected area, promoting healing.
• Alleviate chronic joint pain, such as arthritis.
• Relax tight muscles and reduce spasms.
• Provide comfort and relaxation, aiding in stress relief.

Cold Packs:

• Reduce inflammation by constricting blood vessels.
• Numb the affected area, providing immediate pain relief.
• Decrease swelling and bruising, especially after injuries.
• Help alleviate migraine or headache symptoms.
• Can be used to soothe sunburns or minor burns.

How to Use:

Hot: microwave in 15-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Cold: store in freezer for a minimum of one hour. To clean: wipe the surface with cold water and mild soap. Caution: Do not overheat the gel pack. If the pack is too hot, set it aside and allow it to cool before applying it to the skin. Never apply a hot or cold pack to irritated or damaged skin.
